What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle information when you visit eastbigtech.com or email us. Each app we publish has its own privacy policy, linked from that app's store listing, which explains what the app collects.
Information we collect
Information you send us. When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you write or attach.
Technical information. Like every website, ours receives your IP address and basic request details such as your browser type and the page you asked for. Our hosting provider processes this information to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
What we don't collect. This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
How we use information
- To reply to your messages and provide the services you ask for.
- To keep business records we are required to keep by law.
- To keep this website secure and working.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us: Cloudflare, which hosts this website; Apple iCloud, which hosts our email; and Google Fonts, which serves the typeface this site uses and receives your IP address when your browser loads it.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
- A buyer or successor, if East Coast Tech is merged or sold, under the same protections described here.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and project records for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet legal and accounting requirements. After that we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@eastbigtech.com. We will answer within 30 days.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
